From: chest.expander@gmail.com on 30 Dec 2005 00:01 I've worked out with a chest expander for the last 10 years. I just bought a 200 pound weight set. I bought it because I read that weights strenghten the bones better. I'll now be able to compare the two methods of working out.

By "worked out ... for the last 10 years", do you mean you've owned one for ten years and every year around New Year's you pull it out and wonder why you're not chiselled from owning it all these years? From: chest.expander@gmail.com on 30 Dec 2005 00:33 I mean I've worked out regularly about 6 days a week for 10 years, and am well muscled, but would like to be sure my bones do not weaken, like most peoples bones.

No, I remember this guy. He was spamming a special chest expander a while back. I seem to recall him being a late middle-aged guy who was the featured "strong man" of the spammer's web site.
