Cardio Day Great 20-mile ride. 20 miles, 1:45 minutes, avg sped 11.46 Just coming back after three weeks being sickly with the flu. Only a year ago I could get a kilo for a � but they seem to have shot up over the last 12 months, double for some brands. Summer work-outs. Going to switch over to three days p/week & a lighter,higher-rep routine for summer. 20-30 minutes, all exercises done in the 15,maybe 20 rep range, rotating body parts.
