Exercising my pecs with freeweights only have 2x15 lbs and 1x20lbs dumbells. Looking to exercise my pectoralis major like in this picture: http://www.exrx.net/Muscles/PectoralisSternal.html there are some exercises listed on the page and some of them (abduction) are utilising dumbells.
