Best Way to Target Glutes Hello, I'm wondering if there's an exercise which really targets the glutes. I did squats a few days ago and really got a great quad workout (hamstrings and adductors (?) to a lesser extent), but nothing really in the glutes. Fat Loss Hi Guys, Summer is coming up (where I am at least :) and I'm looking to cut down on my body fat. I'm currently sitting around 13% hoping to get down to around 9%. Smith machine vs regular bench press I usually work out by myself and end up doing bench presses using the Smith machine since I don't have someone consistently there to spot me.
