WI
Well, despite the positive attitude and doing well with water, points, and exercise I stayed the same. Looking back though a lot of my points were devoted to a piece of candy here and there. So i stayed within points but didn't get enough fruits and veggies in. Threw out most of the remaining Easter candy and p... 24 Apr 2006 07:08

Wendie's Plan - Response to Audrey
Hi Audrey, I went and visited that site you mentioned to Lorna. I noticed an interesting thing. I have been using FLEX that allows me 35 weekly points + 31 points per day = 252 points per week. According to Wendie's Plan, I would be using only 244 points per week. I understand the concept she is trying to... 12 Apr 2006 17:20
Biggest Loser at work
I'm a programmer and being such I am stereotypically overweight and eat far more pizza than the average human. Being a programmer I tend to migrate towards other programmers, hence other overweight people. The guys (and a few gals) at work decided we were going to have a "Biggest Loser" contest, similar to th... 16 Apr 2006 21:19

1 Point Bagels
Someone in my WW group recently mentioned a bagel that calculates out to 1 WW point per whole bagel, and only 12 carbs per bagel. They are Fleischer's Carb Trimmer Bagels. I found them at Walmart in the refrigerated case near the butter/eggs/juices, etc. They come in 2 varieties, plan and cinnamon-raisin. ... 7 Apr 2006 01:13
the less I eat the more I lose
It is back to biking season here and I am looking fwd to it. Last summer I ate the extra points I earned. That is what my WW lecturer told me to do. If I earn 80 points in the week I ate 80 points, she told me that would get my metabolism burning more efficiently and the weight would come off faster for me.... 7 Apr 2006 19:27
The less I eat the more I seem to lose
I'm sure that completely obvious title was an attention-grabber, with most people rolling their eyes and going, "well, duh?":) But there really is a point behind this note. Up until now I have only counted my "net calories" each day - the calories I actually ate minus the exercise calories I earned on my exerci... 7 Apr 2006 11:08
core no more
I tried it and didn't like it. I like counting my points. I got uncomfortable *not* doing it. Core didn't make me any less hungry but that really isn't my issue. I am back on flex, not even going to wait out the week. I think my counting is my security blanket. I realize I could have done counting on cor... 4 Apr 2006 02:59
Sooooo hungry today
I need some ideas. Yesterday was the Day of Flex, wherein I used up all my flex points, so today I'm especially hungry what with my metabolism being up. Which is great; yay for burning fat. But I'm *starving*. I had cereal for breakfast, rice with a bit of stew for lunch, and four Boca patties as a snack. ... 28 Mar 2006 07:57
