I'm surprised!
Another pound gone - I am impressed that this is working! I thought I would REALLY have to do alot of excercise on WW to have it work, especially since I don't have that much weight to lose. (just losing the weight I put back on after a year long donut binge!! 20lbs from donuts, how pathetic!!) Yesterday's Men... 4 Feb 2006 03:54

Newbie here
Hi all, I was reading the group and you seem like a supportive, smart and friendly bunch :o) I have almost no WW experience, I tried it for a few weeks about 4.5 years ago. I still have all the info but wanted to try the newer Flex Points plan without going to the meetings and paying for all that stuff. Can... 18 Jan 2006 13:26
Activity point question
Approximately how many calories of activity does a point equal? It's more of a curiousity thing than a need to know really. I do a few interval workouts a week so the intensity varies quite a bit. I use a HRM so I have a good idea of how many calories I'm burning. I'm probably underestimating my exertion le... 8 Jan 2006 04:21
