I may have made this comment before but I'm curious how you feel...After losing quite a bit of weight I now try and make every food decision the best possible...I often eat out and have no problem making any meal compatible...But if I want to stop at a 7-11 or similar market I spend so much time reading labels ... 21 Feb 2007 10:07
