Went for an all you can eat chinese buffet

I had
egg fried rice
2 spring rolls
tofu and aubergine casserole
2 deep fried broccoli
stir fried vegetables

And just a very small bowl of ice cream for afters!

I think I was pretty good!

My friend had 3 x soup

chips
rice
chicken and noodles
sweet and sour chicken
and kept going back for more LOL
and lots of icecream
and jelly and a mousse cake and probably some other bits I missed cos
she ate them so quickly LOL

YEP you've guessed it - she's really skinny!

back in 1945 when food was rationed
an eat all you want restaurant was a memory of the past and a dream for
small boys

today a nightmaer for us "finish your plate" fatties who hate tpo see
anything wasted

try and steam stuff instead of frying
I do fast food based on steaming
rice too


chinese dimsum is steamed

I will have to google it.

Obviously being an "all you can eat" buffet it was mainly stir fried
or battered veg.

The proof in the pudding LOL will be tomorrow morning!

"illegal<" is an o�d Weight Watchers term form the 1960ies

one of the first of many diets after I started using a car instead of a
bicycle to go to work
