I bombed. I didn't even perform as well as I had in practice. Made me wish I'd done my heavy lifting instead of reserving my energy for jumping. I was depressed for the rest of the day :-( On the bright side, four of my team members took gold, and we tied with another team for second place in the county. But I should have done better. Ugh. Sun: Ab work, stretching, avoiding the goodies at a baby shower. Now I'm training for the shuttle run in March, the shoulder press in April, and working on my running program for the 5k in May. I won't be able to run Wed or Thurs, so I'm doing my hill work tonight and one of my easy runs tomorrow morning. The hills in my neighborhood are very steep as well, it's great training, though not exactly what I'm thinking when I'm tunning up them. ;)
