Hi,

I work out 6 days per week, 1 1/2 hours cardio each day and 2 days of
full body strength training, but I would like to eat what I want (bbq
wings, fried chicken, hamburger) from Friday night to Sunday night,
then from Monday morning to Friday afternoon, eat healthy(oatmeal,
kidney beans, brown rice, fruits and veggies), will that harm me and
possibly make me gain weight. I want to pig out on the weekends but I
don't want to raise my cholesterol and gain weight. I figured I would
get advice before I actually try it.

Thanks,

CB

I am a thin person looking to stay healthy. My weekend pig out would
be Friday dinner, Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast, and Sunday dinner,
meaning, I would eat what I want at these meals/times. The rest of the
week would be high fiber, low fat, low cholesterol foods.

That sounds both unrealistic and self-defeating. Either you want to
live a healthy lifestyle or you don't.

So would I but it sounds non conducive to developing good eating habits.
