Two or three meals per week (preferably out of the house) where you
are less concerned with healthy eating is reasonable, but 48 hours per
week seems excessive.

Slow and steady wins the race.

The body regulates calorie intake, so IMHO the result of alternating high
calorie days with low calorie days should be the same as eating about the
same thing every day. In either case, in this society, odds are, you will
gain some weight.

I'm a low carber, so I would eliminate the hamburger buns, brown rice,
oatmeal, and beans.

Unless you are force-feeding yourself when you no longer feel hungry, I
would not worry about the rest of it.

I have one or two meals a week that are for pure pleasure--I don't worry
about what I'm eating/drinking--but I'm pretty vigilant the rest of the
week, and I exercise most days. This is the strategy that has helped me
to lose, and to maintain my current weight.

If you could choose one or two meals (rather than the four to five you
mentioned elsewhere) to "pig-out" on, what would they be?
