From: Cubit on 9 Nov 2005 16:43 The body regulates calorie intake, so IMHO the result of alternating high calorie days with low calorie days should be the same as eating about the same thing every day. In either case, in this society, odds are, you will gain some weight. I'm a low carber, so I would eliminate the hamburger buns, brown rice, oatmeal, and beans. Unless you are force-feeding yourself when you no longer feel hungry, I would not worry about the rest of it. <caramelbuttered(a)aol.com> wrote in message news:1131561891.332122.270830(a)g14g2000cwa.googlegroups.com... > Hi, > > I work out 6 days per week, 1 1/2 hours cardio each day and 2 days of > full body strength training, but I would like to eat what I want (bbq > wings, fried chicken, hamburger) from Friday night to Sunday night, > then from Monday morning to Friday afternoon, eat healthy(oatmeal, > kidney beans, brown rice, fruits and veggies), will that harm me and > possibly make me gain weight. This is the strategy that has helped me to lose, and to maintain my current weight. If you could choose one or two meals (rather than the four to five you mentioned elsewhere) to "pig-out" on, what would they be? Amy 168/117/...
