Doug has been a supportive member of this group for a long time. His
communication skills are excellent, and neither he, nor his methodology, is
unsavory. Doug recognizes that not all people sing from, or even understand,
the same choirbook, and in his message I see an effort to communicate in
terms the original poster is likely to understand. In that, I think his
effort is more likely than yours to succeed. I say this not in disparagement
of your message or beliefs, but in recognition that not everyone who needs
help is going to understand the form in which you try to provide it.

Speaking only for myself, no man speaks for me, except for
me. Whether or not Doug Laidlaw takes umbrage with you, or
even him-self, usurping his sovereignty, that's his affair.

I wholeheartedly agree with your thoughts in this regard,
considering Blaize's schismatic rejoinder to the caveats;
echo the caveat that the Ten Commandments & Golden Rules
are Universal, meaning they always apply to everyone, no
matter what that soul believes or disbelieves regardless.

Then we agree on the point you've made in the above sentence
also. I.e., understanding being key to vanquishing confusion,
to whatever form one's actualization assumes pleasing or not.

Thus seeing one's own ego-self objectively, unlocks the door.
But the door to what? The Light does not absolve us of karma.
Every soul-incarnate has, is, his or her own ever-developing
religion. My religion teaches that all men are Created equal.
I devoutly believe that, and I do devoutly believe that that
belief is prerequisite to understanding. Legions do disagree,
and I respect their disagreement, as I expect they will mine.
