One of the reasons I'm so down is that a friend I never got to meet died
recently.

The bereavement I experienced over girlfriends, death and the suchlike
is not the thing I go to seek help for, it's a different atmosphere, a
different experience. I'm getting fed up of explaining myself over and
over again with it.

Okay, but, erm, okay. I'm not sure what that has to do with it. And
I'm not sure how anyone can put the breakdown of a personal relationship
on the same level as someone dying.
