Working the upper body while walking
Admittedly a little late on this thread, but it's a good idea. I would mix this with HeavyHands. I think HH is more consistent with the biomechanical process of walking/running, as it allows the arms to maintain the biomechanical balance in cadence with the legs, and will probably make faster walking more comforta... 7 May 2008 14:18
