After jogging 3 miles 3x/week (10 minute miles) for 15 years, I have switched to walking. I am walking 3 miles every other day at 13 minute miles. I am wearing Asics Kayano walkers. Hi, So, I needed to exercise, lose some weight. I decided to do some neighborhood walking. I started walking a mile. Then upped it to 2 miles. Then 4.
