Hi All,

This is maybe an odd question for this group but I'm looking for a
coffee mug to take with me on early morning walks with my 4 legged
friend. Because of my schedule I'm up early and need to be starting
the walk as soon as I get up. Bringing coffee along really helps me
wake up and enjoy the walk but then I usually end up carrying the cup
after finishing the coffee which isn't ideal because I want to have at
least 1 hand free. I'm looking for an insulated preferably stainless
steel cup with a lid and a shoulder strap. I can find plenty of big
thermos' with straps but cant seem to find just a 12-16 oz cup with
lid and strap.

Does anyone make such a thing? Second choice would be to get a
waterbottle carrier to fit a travel mug I currently have.

Regards,
Vic

I have a stainless cup and bottle thermos style thing that would hold
something like three cups. No holder, but I'm sure one could be made
or found. I got mine at a camping store, which is where you'd be apt
to find some sort of holster for something like that, too. Either
Coleman's or Cabela's sold the thermos.

Almost entirely harmless. Really.

Thanks Cyli. I went out to a camping store today and found an
insulated cup and also a waist pack with a cup holder. I think this
will work well. In the morning I'll bring the insulated cup with
coffee and in the afternoon when it is much hotter I'll bring a water
bottle for my dog. She has thick black fur and gets a little
overheated during the afternoon walks. So the pack is just perfect.

Vic

Excellent. Keeping you happy and the dog well are both good things.
