Dieting for the Holidays are starting now and everyone is already
looking towards Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas, even New Years.
Two weeks into September and New Years, is only Three months out and
we will be into winter. Going out to party’s and celebrations with
friends and family will be at the top of the to-do lists. And every
guy and gal will want to be looking there very best at those
occasions. I have to admit myself is included in that statement. But
getting started at it is the worst. Knocking out the junk food and
hitting the treadmill is hard to get started. But once your on track
you feel much better about your self. I have a Blog that has more
information on what I’ve been writing about. If you feel like checking

Diet and Exercise is a life choice and one that should be made in a
positive way. For are selves and our children. I and my Wife are
making it and I hope we both stick with it. I grew up on a diary farm
and worked every day, that’s how I stayed in shape for years but I
left that life some twenty years ago and now, I need to buckle down
and make some changes for my self and my family.
