From: Tracy101 on 24 Jul 2008 04:19 I don't know that Vitamin D is as safe as they think. When I tried this vitamin (1,000 a day) I developed bradycardia. So I stopped it, and it stopped. I started it again and it started. This happened several times when I finally decided this was a dangerous vitamin and quit taking it totally except in the "once a day" pills that have a low amount. Exactly the same thing happened to me with Vitamin E which I tested in the same way. I don't know why these two vitamins behave that way. I just know I can't take them, much as I do need the D for sure.
