From: PB on 13 Aug 2008 22:37 I thought vitamins helped with depression. Am i taking to much ? 200 IU Vitamin D, 400 IU E, 500 mg C, and 500 mg calcium B complex is for stress right ? Maybe taking wrong ones, and how many can your body take ?

Hmmmm , meant 2000 IU Vitamin D, not 200 Northerners supposed to take lots to compensate for lack of sunlight, and to prevent osteoporosis, like watching my dad break up like Humpty Dumpty

And do not take a B complex. |
