I thought vitamins helped with depression.

Am i taking to much ? 200 IU Vitamin D, 400 IU E, 500 mg C, and 500 mg
calcium

B complex is for stress right ? Maybe taking wrong ones, and how many
can your body take ?

Hmmmm , meant 2000 IU Vitamin D, not 200

Northerners supposed to take lots to compensate for lack of sunlight,
and to prevent osteoporosis, like watching my dad break up like Humpty
Dumpty

From my blog, what I am taking:

Cut the calcium, it is no good for BP. Take magnesium instead.

And do not take a B complex.
