From: Jo on 13 Feb 2007 15:11 I was just diagnosed with Vertigo- was wondering if anyone else has experienced it, how long it lasted, and what they took for it. Wheeeee! Jo

That and a possible interaction with one of your meds. Have you seen your ENT yet? Do you get this when you stand up quickly? Fred
From: Jo on 13 Feb 2007 19:11 Yes it's inner ear related, I know. The question is why? I've learned a lot about it as I am able to sit at the desk, just wondering if anyone had experience with it. It's not quite the same at orthostatic hypertension, so no, it doesn't happen as much standing up. mainly laying down, changing positions, rolling over, standing/moving too long. I'm taking Meclazine which is an antihistamine....first line of defense I guess. We're expecting a huge storn here tomorrow....so I'll be in anyway :) HAPPY VALENTINE"S DAY TO EVERYONE! Hey Fay! I was wondering how you were! Happy Valentine's Day! The doc did prescribe Meclizine. It doesn't cure it just helps with dizziness. I've been taking it. I am feeling a bit better today- have slept most of it. Great big Winter storm here..... Take care, and thanks, Jo <SOandSO(a)webtv.net> wrote in message news:6662-45D3772F-114(a)storefull-3252.bay.webtv.net... > It won't last long. it's been a long time since I had it.
