Hi,
In 2001, I learnt from an INSURANCE COMPANY, if you have a lot of
money in INSURANCE with the INSURANCE company, then the money is not
yours --------- so even if you are sued for financial gain, since the
money is not yours ------------- you cannot pay and you go bankrupt.

BUT you can always draw a loan against your own policy.
Is my memory correct ?????? or do such insurance company loans and
policies exist.
****************************
What is the law on this ????
*********************************

Suppose AN INTENDING CUSTOMER goes to a bank or a health organization
or a company or any organization in USA where JURY TRIAL is the rule
-------- until you become a bank customer --------- you have not
signed any contract with the bank so you have NOT GIVEN UP YOUR RIGHTS
to a JURY TRIAL.

Say the person works second shift duty since he has been fired from
his job or has lost his house due to the "sub-prime lending crisis" or
is "facing foreclosure".

Now, note he is an intending customer, not a customer.

***************
Now, suppose in one day, some bank employee or health service
organization employee or company employee or whatever employee

gives racist, country-of-origin specific, religion specific nasty , or
calls them nasty terrorist based on their religion or country of
origin

-------------- well, is that grounds for a jury trial. The trial may
lost for four years but there are PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

AND IN USA, nobody can take away the rights of a customer -----------
customer is KING.
OF course, doctors get fired if they take too long to evaluate the
customer before giving anti-biotics in health organizations ---------
customer is king ------------- is this true.

*************
Now, what about this disgruntled employee do you say ---------- well
he was caused frustration by his mental medicines I guess ----------
and by being denied the right to do urine therapy.
