First thanks for all that gave me advice on trying to repair my front tire
on my wheelchair and I did try but could not get it back on so I waited
until Monday and took it back to the VA Hospital and they were able to
repair and get it back to me in a short time.

The technician told me that if I had gotten the tire back on that most
likely the tire would have come off again because the bearing assembly for
that wheel was defective so when the front wheel would try to turn the wheel
would lock up and cause the tire to come off the rim.

So does that mean you are re-tired now? :)

Well, we need something to talk about. It's been rather quiet here
lately.
