Stress and fasting blood glucose
I have noticed that when I am on vacation, and am relaxed, without stress, my fasting glucose is lower by several points than when I am at home, even though I often eat a few more carbs on vacation, notably beans. Has anybody else noticed this? Donna Evleth ... 29 Sep 2008 16:02
