Panic and anxiety attacks are more common than one may think. I
myself have suffered from them. After the first one, I was in denial.
Why on earth would I suffer from a panic attack? I have a good life.
I
have a good husband, wonderful family and a job that I'm happy going
to everyday. Basically, life was good! But when I woke up that night
with the shorness of breath and pounding heart, I honestly thought I
was dying. Fortunately, a family member recognized the symptoms and
explained to me what was happening. I had never been so scared in my
life! I also found that there are natural treatments panic attacks.
I
have talked about it more on my Squidoo page. Feel free to check it
out!
