How do you get any sleep?
First post here. Stinking hypervigilance, I haven't been able to sleep a regular schedule for so many years now. I can only sleep when I am ready to fall asleep standing up... so I get to sleep at 4pm one day, 4am the next, 6 am the day after that, noon the next... a total mess.
