You're not just saying that these people are guilty of bad behavior or even cyberbullying -- you're stating that they have committed murder in the second degree. If this is the case, then I presume you can point to at least one body and provide some explanation as to how Pablo, Mark Morin, Kym "Kali" Barnard, & Company caused this person's death.

Naturally, JB's torturers deny they killed him. They "say" it was the OTC remedy JB erroneosly took is what killed him. A defense which does not hold water, because the unindicted criminals who tortured Joseph Bartlo had inundated JB with malicious messages which included malicious messages whose intent was to induce/further debilitation and/or exhaustion which would make a lapse in judgement, a fatal mistake or error inevitable.
