all i want roland to do is understand that others may not want his
"engagement" to the depth he offers.

it's in this area he creates his own adversity, as you can see.

You're obviously very busy, having to 'catch up' all the time, so he's
really doing you a favour. If everyone replied to all of your posts,
you'd spend so much time reading them that you'd be sacked from your
poncey media company and have to do a real job for a living.
