I've got Cortef My Top Doc gave me Pregnelolone nine weeks ago for fatigued adrenals due to long-term untreated hypoT, as I have a lot of pain from "fibromyalgia". What am I to do? Apologies, but I am reaching the end of my tether. I'm running out of options to try and feeling worse every day. I'm 38 and have probably had autoimmune thyroiditis of some kind since my teens (still have antibody activity). Dr. is testing me again shortly, and if I am nearing or ... 20 Oct 2005 08:12
Salivary Adrenal results - help with interpretation Hi, before trying T3 again, I thought I'd look at my cortisol and dhea levels as I'd been told that some of the symptoms I've been having recently might be due to adrenal problems. The tests came back as 'normal', but although they are nominally within the accepted ranges the levels do zig zag between top and bott... 5 Nov 2005 17:10
