Hypo but feel hyper?
TSH 6.0 FT3 3.1 FT4 1.3 Surprisingly, that was taken on the day I felt most "hyper". I wonder if its possible to confuse a panic disorder with a false feeling of hyper. Anxious feeling even though tired.."crawling out of my skin"

TSH 15.43 is way over-range by any standards and says hypothyroid. You should be started on thyroid hormone replacement IMMEDIATELY. Most MDs like to start with a low dose and ramp up.
