From: Andrzej Rosa on 2 Sep 2008 12:32 I always tended to slim down when I trained regularly, even though I never tried to diet or did any cardio, but I wasn't sure how it actually worked. Now I think that I nailed it. I was about to eat something, but I was called to do something else, and now is simply too late to eat before the training, so I just made a coffee and sat down to rest a bit. It seems that when I train I tend to time my meals around my training schedule, which probably nets some calorie restriction, so I slim down a bit. Not a huge difference, but good enough for several pounds of fat after a while. -- Andrzej Rosa

First? I had many millions. Then they exchanged money with 10000/1 ratio and spoiled all the fun. (But a legitimate attempt at humor anyway. Keep doing it, and you'll finally say something funny. ;-)) -- Andrzej Rosa

It adds up... I don't like to train on a full stomach either, and sometimes I just don't feel like eating afterwards. I've not had a meal today since around 03:00 and I'm not hungry, so will go to bed shortly with no food. I'll probably eat again around the same time tomorrow morning when the workload at work allows. My workout was very late today due to the Chiro appointment and other commitments. -- Peace! That is what I'm wondering about. There is some science which pretty much consistently shows, that engaging in regular training is worth of several pounds of fat without any diet. Up to now I was thinking that calorie expense of training is what does that, now I rather suspect that even this moderate fat loss comes from calorie restriction. > I've not had a meal today since around 03:00 and I'm not hungry, so will > go to bed shortly with no food. I didn't really had a workout today. I just stretched and started to warm up, then gave up. Those ribs were still acting up. -- Andrzej Rosa |
