Keep up with the walks, I haven't felt well enough to get out
and it's too cold!

Weight - 18 stone 7 - still the same

Will concentrate harder after the BIG DAY! ;o)

I'm doing well staying the same considering the special chocs
that are begin left lyingn about! ;o)

I promise to start in earnest in 2008!

health or diabetes . .. no joke you can go blind like Don Moody who is

or get a leg or foot cut off because of gangrene

a healthy life style is more important than weight
high fibre low fat

semi vegetarian
red meat as a treat
lots of fish

I enjoy my food
some times new tastes have to be aquired

no one is born liking dry sherry for example

18 stone 9 - considering all the extra drink and food
for the lovely Festive period - 2 pounds is ok :O~~

Back to drinking 6 pints of water a day from the weekend

and humous on toast for lunch, porride for breakfast and poached egg or
jacket pots for tea :O)
