Excellent question (for a change).

CNN had the notices that were sent home, and a copy of the form that the
parents are given to complete. Both the notices and the form had full
disclosure statements, right where the parents sign.

The anti-vac sociopaths are spreading that lie, that you just spread.

Wrong, Clueless one. Here is a page where one can download, or just read
the form:

http://www1.pgcps.org/interior.aspx?id=30956

Any parents wishing to opt out was able to do so by merely stating that
they have a religious objection. Period.

Yes, you have the freedom, as an anti-vac liar sociopath to deceive the
public.

I just showed you how simple it was for the parents to opt out. If you
read, and understand the for, please have a kindergarten student read it
to you you. I am certain they can also explain it to you.

Either you did not bother to read the form that is available at that
website, or you are utterly incapable of comprehending what you are reading.

A third possibility is that you are a sociopath who likes dead children.

Or, all three.

Is that the fault of the district? NOPE, they were all given the form
and did not read it, or read it and were too lazy to fill it out.

Re-read the thread, idiot, and you will see the answer to your question.
