From: erach27 on 2 Aug 2008 01:32 Hi, There is no "right to practise urine therapy" in the workplace. Now, suppose, a poor waiter of any fast food chain / elegant restaurant / airline / any industry decides to practise urine therapy and stink of urine. She/he will be fired by her manager. Then for 4 years she has to fight litigation with her lawyers against the fast food chain / elegant restaurant / airline / any industry. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, should opportunists who want 4 months pregnancy leave to look after their babies, and other types of opportunities who want a break in this unemployment / recession scenario file false suits. If the co-workers, customers sue the fast food chain / elegant restaurant / elegant hotel it goes to court ---- the worker spends their time in court, with or without the backing of the labor union ---------- and a monumental fight ensues. There are doctors too who can sue for the right to prescribe urine therapy ---------- or if the customer (now there are customer support centers in group health clinics) so it is consumer courts, labor courts wants an anti-biotic and the doctor refuses then there are law suits. I mean, do doctors obey their "hippocratic code of ethics" or are they doctors of allopathy or doctors of curing. Erach |
