The only time I chew my food is when I go to eat at restaurants.

When I am at home, I rarely chew my food. I put my breakfast and dinner in a
blender, including my desert, add a little of water or juice to make
something like a pureed, and then I drink them. I am done in less than 15
minutes.

And if you are a vegetarian, you can drink your dinner in less than 5
minutes...but be careful that you don't choke..

Try drinking your meal, and you'll like it, an alternative way of eating
your food.

Not so good for diabetics. It makes digestion faster, and therefore
raises the peak blood glucose level.

Insalivating your food is an important part of digestion.

Nick. Support severely wounded and disabled Veterans and their families!
I've known US vets who served as far back as the Spanish American War.
They are all my heroes! Thank a Veteran and Support Our Troops.
You are not forgotten. Thanks ! ! ~Semper Fi~

Good for you but bad for dentist as they will never make money from
you from drilling and patching up your broken tooth.

You make eating sound like a big chore. Why take less than 5 minutes
to enjoy your food when you can take half an hour?
