I'm buying my lottery tickets tomorrow:o) Little rituals like that are quite common, it's only when they become MUSTS that they become worrying. My Great Aunt would never get out of bed on a Friday 13th, have lilies in the house, let a cat into a room where someone was ill etc. All superstitions, when they become more than that, they're indications of OCD or other anxiety related problems Be gentle on yourself Simon
