If this happens, you need to report it to us." Sorry if you've already done this, but i thought it better to give you too much information and risk repeating something that you already know, than offer too little. They said it would take up to 10 days for them to resolve the issues but thankfully they've refunded all but one transaction! :O) I wouldn't mind so much but the idiot was spending DOLLARS on rubbish like skype etc etc LOL At least I feel better about it this morning. I must admit I was worried when they said it would take up to 10 days to sort it out but received emails within the hour saying: Message from merchant: seems to be fraud Payment has been refunded With regards to EN - I'm not sure how they did it - someone told me that hackers can get in just trying random key strokes and I've made sure my new password does NOT have any consecutive characters in. My last word password was pretty obscure but did have a couple of digits in the middle that followed on. My main panic was that they now had my credit card details too but this is not the case as however far they got all they would have seen is the last four digits. I will be keeping a close eye on my credit card statement anyways.... Thanks for all your support guys; it's great to know that you care. M x
