From: MindfulMan on 7 Aug 2007 12:03 This is my opinion. This is not fact. This is not based on scientific information. This is only my personal experience. This is only for people healthy enough for sexual activity. Consult your health advisor. This is only a suggestion from an unqualified person. I am sorry I am not qualified! Consult a doctor. I am not a doctor or qualified at anything. Please, do not listen to me. As some of you may not believe me about helping any disorder with breathing more, I found proof. I can only convince approximately half of you right now probably though, sorry ladies. Although girls would likely benefit from this as well. If you are masturbating or having sex, try breathing deeper than usual; as you would breathe if having sex under normal healthy conditions(deep breathing and moaning). It is absolutely necessary to have good air ventilation. The air coming in must be as fresh as possible, and the air you breathe out must be taken away from your face as quickly as possible by using a fan or natural wind. This can result in a harder penis. I won't give any time suggestions for seeing results, because that will differ for some people. So please do keep in mind this suggestion is just a suggestion. For those of you who have been lucky enough to score while outside, you probably know how much better it is out there already. From: MindfulMan on 8 Aug 2007 04:21 My bad, I thought the proof was obvious. If you can make your penis hard and strong with breathing, why can't you make your body hard and strong with breathing?
From: Janette on 11 Aug 2007 08:03 I agree with you too...what ever it is that makes our bodies stronger will help.
