From: family-living on 19 Aug 2008 11:43 The Nation's worst-known Universities? College presidents from about 100 of the nation's best-known universities, wish "an informed and dispassionate debate" over the issue of drinking age. Consider the human brain and computers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_brain#Comparison_of_the_brain_and_a_computer Allowing alcoholism on campus by lowering the drinking age, equals inserting into the human brain, the equivalent of an informed consent malware program, into a sophisticated stand alone computer system. Malware is a legal form of computer contaminant. http://www.ncsl.org/programs/lis/cip/viruslaws.htm "The human brain is also mediated by chemicals and analog processes, many of which are only understood at a basic level and others of which may not yet have been discovered, so that a full description is not yet available in science." All college and university campus facilities must be alcohol and drug free, as a minimum requirement for admission and school retention. The degradation of human resources and campus safety by university approval: the antithesis of intelligence; also, the antithesis of being an adult. Respectfully yours, Tom Tinney, Sr. Schools - Colleges - Universities http://www.academic-genealogy.com/schoolscollegesuniversities.htm
