College presidents from about 100 of the nation's best-known universities, wish "an informed and dispassionate debate" over the issue of drinking age. Consider the human brain and computers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_brain#Comparison_of_the_brain_and_a_computer Allowing alcoholism on campus by lowering the drinking age, equals inserting into the human brain, the equivalent of an informed consent malware program, into a sophisticated stand alone computer system. All college and university campus facilities must be alcohol and drug free, as a minimum requirement for admission and school retention. The degradation of human resources and campus safety by university approval: the antithesis of intelligence; also, the antithesis of being an adult.
