I'd say this was incredibly rude! Well, you're supposed to rate the behaviour in the italics part "according to how you think most people would judge that behaviour if they witnessed it". It's not clear whether the witness of the fourth italics part of story no. 6 also witnessed the third italics part of said story (the part where he ate the food he had brought). I gave a B rating to part 4. If it had been clear that the person witnessing part 4 had previously been around to see part 3 (and wasn't someone who had just arrived) I might have given part 4 a C rating.
