Edward Yazbak, MD, FAAP The Vaccine Autoimmune Project (VAP) is pleased to present the following investigation by F. Edward Yazbak, MD, FAAP. It suggests that parents and grandparents of children and young adults with regressive autism may have been subjected to a cover-up. Independent and honest research is urgently needed. We are grateful to Dr. Yazbak for his endless contributions and for another superb report. The evidence he has provided speaks for itself. To date the CDC does not know what causes autism although it has estimated the prevalence of autistic disorders at 1 in 150 children for years. The CDC has ruled out any association between autism and MMR vaccination or Thimerosal a priori and has encouraged and supported questionable epidemiological research denying such association. This report will show that unless there is a serious change in philosophy at the highest level, the CDC will fail to solve the most important and destructive medical mystery it has ever faced.
