From: eaeqaaeamamx on 26 Jul 2008 08:23 What is the difference between you and someone who is considered highly successful. Is it intelligence or luck? Being in the right place at the right time? Actually it's none of these things. What it boils down to is that successful people perform certain actions/have certain habits that those who are unsuccessful don't have. So lets take a look at those habits one at a time. 1.The first habit, and the foundation on which all the other habits are built, is a clear sense of purpose. A wonderful way to do this is to write a mission statement. Avoid making the mistake of reading it once and then forgetting it. Read your mission statement at least twice daily, morning and evening and keep it in a visible place throughout the day. 2. Affirmations. Now doubt you've heard about affirmations, and perhaps you've even tried them because you've failed to see any positive results. For affirmations to be effective, you need to ensure that:- You phrase the affirmation in the present tense. "I am..." and not "I will..." affirmations need to be repeated to cement them into the subconscious mind....
