here's one more that might work - close your eyes!

i read an article recently that said you produce
more relaxed brainwaves (theta i think) when you
close your eyes. so if you are having a very anxious
day, lie down and close your eyes for 20 minutes and
see if that helps. try not to think anxious thoughts
while you do it though - turn it into a sort of
meditation and try to maintain a quiet mind. perhaps
combine it with a deep breathing technique for extra
effect.

i've done this a few times myself with quite decent
results! =)
