With this stuff just about anything is possible. Certainly can't hurt
to experiment with reducing it.

Orange juice will have more fructose and less glucose than sugar.
Some people have worse reactions to one than the other - it's got
nothing to do with how refined the product is. (Diabetics have
more problem with glucose and there are several different disorders
of fructose metabolism, with results ranging from death in infancy
to episodic psychosis).
