From: Lori on 15 Nov 2007 23:01 How are your stress and anxiety levels today? Mine seem to be a little better today. I had a good phone session with my psychotherapist since my car is still not running. Good news is, my car may be fixed soon! As far as I know they are coming to tow it to the shop tomorrow. Have you been out of your home at all today? Yes, I actually took a little walk over to the small strip mall that is less than a 1/2 block from where I live and went into the Wild Oats health food store and got a few things and then came right back to my comfort zone. When was the last time you were out for any length of time? It was probably when I took my excursion to the bank last week! What an ordeal that was! I'm almost over it now! My feet and toes are getting much happier too! lol
From: Lori on 18 Nov 2007 12:34 Hello (((Simon))) :-) It sounds like you had quite an excursion! But it also sounds like you did very well and should be proud of yourself for doing so well. It's not easy getting out in the real world, but you did it! I'm sorry to hear you were not feeling well while waiting for the tram. I'm glad you were finally able to get on the train and get back to your comfort zone. You have certainly earned some rest and recuperation time. I hope you will be feeling much better soon. Thanks for your kind words about my situation. :-) I just do the best I can, that is all I can do. Take care and have the best day you can. ((((Hugs)))) Lori
