And how? > > Mark Your question is a bit vague. It is very common for someone undergoing a manic episode to believe they have a heightened connection with something spiritual. Is this what you mean? Certainly they develop it as part of their experience - but I don't know if this is what you mean by 'dealing with'. If your asking whether sufferers seek a spiritual solution to the illness - that's another concept all together.
