For centuries, smallpox was killing millions of people per year. In the
late 1960s the vaccination program was implemented. Thirteen years
later, smallpox was eradicated. The line that represents this on a
graph is nearly perpendicular to the x-axis. How do YOU account for
this decline?

The anti-vaxers really don't have a good answer to this, so they
either immediately change the subject and talk about mortality rates,
or they insist that the vaccine had nothing to do with it, that the
disease is still around, but is now "subclinical."

Yeah, I know it doesn't make any sense.

Well, there's incontrovertible evidence, all right. A dubious source
quoting an anonymous "high government official."

Mendelsohn, who attacked medicine for doing a bad job of treating
heart disease and then died of it himself. HE sure had the answers.

This sort of cretinous claim illustrates why john is a complete idiot
and probably can't count above 10 with his shoes on. Autism is NOT
increasing at "300% per year." That would mean each year, there were
four times as many cases as the year before. The autism loons like to
claim that back in the Good Old Days, autism was 1 in 10,000 kids.
Suppose that's true. Let's see what happens at a 300% annual rate of
increase:

year 1: 1 in 10,000
year 2: 1 in 2,500
year 3: 1 in 625
year 4: 1 in 156
year 5: 1 in 39
year 6: 1 in 10

Even the most militant autism loons don't claim 1 in 10 kids are
autistic. So the 300% figure is nonsense, and indeed, there is now a
study that suggests autism isn't really increasing at all, it's just
being recognized and not misfiled as "retardation" or something else.

>and as reported in the
>prestigious and critical journal, MEDICAL HYPOTHESES

Clearly, john is not familiar with the meaning of the word
"hypotheses."

> - there is
>no doubt that orthodox medicine caused the AUTISM EPIDEMIC

Except now the mercury is out of the vaccines and the autism isn't
gone. Then john turns around and assures us it's also the MMR. He's
not hobbled by consistency.
