nasal interface suggestions Still looking for more comments from folks on a nasal interface. I have tried Activa and Swift, and have problems with both. Activa is too big and heavy for me, and the straps around the back of the neck gave me a stiff neck, even though I kept them pretty loose. cpap/mask problems I have OSA and have been using a cpap machine for a little over a year. I was originally fitted with a breeze nasal pillows system and after a period of about 4 or 5 months, began suffering from dry mouth. I added a heated humidifier and found that this helped little.
