After 12 years of using a CPAP, I just discovered that . . . After 12 years of using a CPAP, I just discovered that if I put water on the part of the nasal mask that comes in contact with my face (right before I put the headstrap and mask on), I get a perfect air- tight seal that lasts the night. I'm wondering whether others are aware of this "trick" and if so, if it works ... 5 Oct 2008 11:13
hose insulation My doc wants me to turn up the humidifier more because of nasal congestion. Problem is, I get a lot of condensation and "rain" on my face with it up any higher. He suggested insulating the hose. How do you do that? Is there something you buy that can help? I don't like to have the hose under the covers with me... 20 Sep 2008 13:25
