A skypecast will be hosted by helrayes On October 16, at 18:15 (6:15 pm
PST). The skypecast will available to anyone who suffers from
depression/anxiety and interested to learn how to heal. number of
participants will be limited (first come first serve basis).



We will discuss depression and anxiety, and tools and techniques to overcome
them to improve your life quality during treatment and after recovery. It
takes a comprehensive approach that complement medical services you are
currently receiving. If you are interested in exploring what might work for
you, please visit our website at www.mentalwellnessbc.ca and send an email
to MWSG(a)hushmail.com to confirm attendance. Please provide your name,
telephone number, email address, reason for your interest in participating,
and your expectations from the skypecast.

Skype for thos who are not familiar with is a software that enables you to
communicate over the internet free of charge if it is from computer to
computer. It provide among other things skypecasts which is a conference
call over the internet. To particpate you have to:

install Skype software on your computer,

your computer has a headset with a mic and speakers or with regular speakers
and a mic.
