difference between AIDS and the above mentioned diseases.

Smallpox is spread around by infected fluids coming from an infected
individual. (The spray from someone SNEEZING can spread this disease.)

The question is why let any of these disease bearers into America? Who
pays for their treatments? AIDS simply has a differant path. Does
that negate the health potential? The possible costs to taxpayers? And
judging by your rambling comments one could inquire as your
medications, or lack of same.
